Order and Payment

UK Customers We are pleased to accept orders online through our web site and offline via our friendly staff on Bristol (0117) 911 4621. Payment is accepted via Cheque, Credit/ Debit card, Google Checkout, PayPal and Postal Order.

EU Customers We are pleased to accept orders online through our web site. Payment is accepted via Credit/ Debit card, Google Checkout and PayPal.

Secure payment Your card transactions are processed with Google Checkout or PayPal and Website Payments Pro using 128-bit SSL Software and the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop. A PayPal account is not required to make payment.

Postage and Packaging

Sameday Shipping All orders received and paid before 4.00pm (UK) will be despatched that day using Royal Mail 1st class post. Orders placed over the weekend will be posted the following Monday.

Guaranteed (UK) Nextday Delivery Available for purchases received and paid for before 4.00pm. Guaranteed delivery Monday to Friday, orders placed over the weekend will be posted the following Monday for Tuesday delivery, just choose the Next Day option.

EU Costume Shipping Only Airmail is used and you should expect delivery in 3 - 5 days, our Sameday shipping policy also applies to international orders.

Free Delivery Available for all purchases of £50.00 and over. Our Sameday shipping policy applies with UK orders sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery and EU orders sent Royal Mail International signed for.

Returns Policy

Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. (Please note original delivery and return delivery costs will still be payable by the customer). If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage. Please email before returning any items so we may issue a returns reference and return label for your use to ensure your prompt refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any item returned in a non resaleable condition.
